When you submit a rental request or make a payment, we ask for certain types of personally identifiable information, depending on the products and services selected and what is required to fulfill them, including:
We collect identity verification information only to process your rental request. If you would prefer not to provide this information online, you may provide it to us by telephone during normal business hours.
We use the contact information you provide to communicate with you — to send rental order confirmations, respond to inquiries, and provide important product or safety information. You can opt out of any email correspondence or newsletter by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of those emails, or by sending us a removal request.
We do not share, sell, rent or trade personally identifiable information with third parties for their promotional purposes.
2. Sharing of your information
We do not share your information with any party outside Radio Rentals Las Vegas other than for the express purpose of processing rental orders. That may include payment processors, and shipping carriers such as FedEx or UPS when equipment is delivered to or returned from you — in each case limited to the information needed to complete that task.
We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, or lawful request from a government authority, or where necessary to protect our rights or property.
3. Cookies and site data
This site may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly and to understand how visitors use it in aggregate. This information is not used to identify you personally. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; the site will continue to function if you do.
4. How long we keep your information
We keep rental and payment records for as long as needed to service your account, meet accounting and tax obligations, and resolve any dispute relating to a rental. Information no longer required for those purposes is disposed of securely.

You may ask us to correct, update or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing email. Send the request to contact@radiorentalslasvegas.com and we will act on it promptly, except where we are required to retain records by law.
