What same-day radio rental in Las Vegas actually involves
Local stock, local delivery, and a real cutoff time. What we can do on short notice, what we can’t, and how to make an emergency order go smoothly.
“Same-day” gets used loosely in this industry. Here’s exactly what it means with us, so you can plan around the real constraints instead of the marketing version.
The gear is already here
Our fleet sits in Las Vegas, not in a warehouse in another state waiting on a freight quote. That’s the whole reason short-notice orders work at all. When a broker takes your emergency order, they’re usually still shipping it in — and that’s a day or two you don’t have.
What we need from you
- Quantity and device type.
- Delivery address, including hall and booth number if it’s a venue.
- A channel plan if you have one. If you don’t, we’ll set a sensible default and you can change it on site.
- A name and mobile number for whoever signs.
The honest limits
- We’re open Mon–Fri, 8:30am–4:30pm PT. Orders placed near the end of the day may deliver the following morning. Weekend event support is arranged in advance, not on the day.
- Local delivery is case by case. Distance, timing, and order size all factor in — ask and we’ll tell you yes or no straight away.
- Big fleets need lead time. Programming a hundred units to a custom channel plan takes hours regardless of how close the warehouse is.
- Peak weeks are tighter. During major shows, availability moves fast. Earlier is always better.
If you’re in a bind
Call rather than email — 702-371-1775. We can check stock while you’re on the phone and tell you in a minute whether it’s happening today or first thing tomorrow. We’d rather give you a straight no in time to find another option than a soft yes that fails.

Why convention center Wi-Fi costs more than you think
Venue internet is often priced per device, per day, and per drop. A rented 5G hotspot usually beats it on cost and always beats it on reliability at peak hours.
