Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions ‘The Company’ means Rent2way ‘The Customer’ means the Purchaser named, ‘the Equipment’ means the goods to be rented by the Company under the Contract in which these Terms and Conditions are incorporated.
Contract Procedure
No terms or conditions (contained in the Customer’s official Purchase Order or otherwise) shall be binding on the company other than those set out below, unless they are expressly agreed in writing by the company and acceptance of the Equipment shall be deemed unqualified acceptance to these conditions.
Rental Contract
Customer, hereafter called Renter, agrees that theyhave rented the items listed on the Rent2way rental Proposal and Contract forms, and upon the express condition that it will at all times remain the property of Rent2way. These policies stated herein, along with the Rental Form, Invoice, Credit Information, Credit Card Authorization and other documents are all part of the same rental contract.
Rental Periods
Daily rentals are for 24 consecutive hours. Weekly rentals are for seven consecutive days and monthly rentals are for the consecutive number of days in the month the equipment is rented. i.e. 28, 29, 30,31 days.
Rental period begins when the equipment leaves Rent2way’s premises and ends when returned to the company. Liability for all equipment begins at the start of the rental period.
Equipment is charged for on a time-out basis whether it is in use or not. Late fees will be charged for each daythe equipment is returned after the contract specified time as stipulated in the Rental Contract
Use of This Site
By using this Site, you and other users of the Site agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site. We may modify the Terms from time to time without notice to you. You should check these Terms periodically for modifications. The provisions contained herein supersede all previous notices or statements regarding our Terms with respect to this Site. We include the effective date of our Terms at the top of the statement. We encourage you to check our Site frequently to see the current Terms in effect and any changes that may have been made to them. If we make material changes to the Terms we will post the revised Terms and the revised effective date on this Site. By using the Site following any modifications to the Terms, you agree to be bound by such modifications.
Rent2way provides you with access to and use of the Site subject to your compliance with the Terms. No material from the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way, except for as specifically allowed in the Site
